2-Year Limited Warranty

GF-Light stands behind the quality of our products. All GF-Light products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal and intended use, including:

Electrical or component failures not caused by external factors
Manufacturing defects in housing, connectors, or circuitry
LED or lighting element failures under normal operating conditions

Warranty Period

The 2-year warranty period begins from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:

Improper installation or failure to follow product instructions
Misuse, abuse, or accidental damage
Unauthorized modification or repair
Normal wear and tear
Exposure to conditions beyond the product's rated specifications (e.g., extreme voltage, water ingress beyond rated IP level)
Damage caused by third-party components or accessories

Warranty Remedy

At our discretion, we will repair or replace any product confirmed to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period. If the exact product is no longer available, we may offer a replacement of equal or greater value.

We aim to process all warranty claims within 5–10 business days of receiving the required information.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our support team with the following information:

Your order number or proof of purchase
A description of the defect or issue
Clear photos or videos showing the defect

EU Customers — Your Legal Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have statutory rights under EU consumer protection law that are separate from and in addition to this limited warranty:

Conformity of Goods (Directive 2019/771/EU): You are entitled to a remedy if the goods do not conform to the contract at the time of delivery. This statutory right lasts for a minimum of 2 years from the date of delivery.
Consumer Rights (Directive 2011/83/EU): You have the right to be informed about the goods and your rights before and after purchase.

This limited warranty does not affect or limit your statutory rights under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GF-Light's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
