Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before submitting a request.


Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging, counted from the date you receive your order.

EU Customers: In accordance with EU consumer rights law (Directive 2011/83/EU), customers in the European Economic Area (EEA) have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason. Our 30-day return window exceeds this minimum legal requirement.


Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Items must not be damaged, altered, or missing any accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse in Mainland China. Please contact us first to obtain the return address before sending any items.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
  • Please note that international return shipping fees can be significant. For low-value items, we may offer alternative solutions such as a partial refund or store credit to avoid unnecessary shipping costs.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please note that the actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your location and payment provider.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, or other fees paid upon delivery are non-refundable, as these are charged by your local customs authority and are outside our control.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will provide a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the defect or damage

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, installed, or modified
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

To initiate a return or report a defective item, please contact our support team before sending any items back. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

EU Customers — Your Legal Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under EU consumer protection law:

  • Right of Withdrawal: You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU).
  • Conformity of Goods: You are entitled to a remedy if the goods do not conform to the contract (Directive 2019/771/EU).

These rights are in addition to our standard 30-day return policy and are not affected by it.
