Q: Are your lights rigorously tested for road use?
A: Yes. Our marker lights and strobe lights are built to high-performance standards and rigorously tested for quality and reliability. Each product listing specifies applicable quality details. Please refer to the individual product page for details before purchasing.
Q: What is the IP rating of your lights?
A: Our lights carry an IP67 waterproof rating, meaning they are protected against dust ingress and temporary immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. They are suitable for outdoor and vehicle use in most weather conditions.
Q: Are your products compatible with my vehicle?
A: Please refer to the compatibility information listed on each product page. If you are unsure, contact us with your vehicle make, model, and year and we will help you find the right fit.
Q: Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Q: Do your products come with installation instructions?

Q: Can I install the lights myself?
A: Many of our products are designed for straightforward installation. However, we recommend professional installation for electrical components to ensure safety and to avoid voiding the warranty. Damage caused by improper installation is not covered under our warranty.

A: All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Mainland China.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Estimated delivery times vary by region. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed timeframes by country. As a general guide:

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?

A: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please note that international return shipping to Mainland China can be costly.

A: All GF-Light products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Please visit our Warranty page for full details.
Q: How do I make a warranty claim?
A: Contact us at jifulighting@foxmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos of the defect. We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Q: Does the warranty cover damage from improper installation?
A: No. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification. We recommend professional installation for all electrical components.
